Abstract

It is discussed the problem of the $ρ^{\pm} - ρ^{0}$ mass splitting. It is suggested to use the $ϕ \to ρ π \to 3 π$ decay to measure the $ρ^{\pm} - ρ^{0}$ mass splitting.
