${\Lambda }_b\to \Lambda +D({\bar{D}}^0)$ decays and CP-violation

Abstract

It is shown that interference of the amplitudes for the decays ${\Lambda }_b\to \Lambda D$ and ${\Lambda }_b\to \Lambda {\bar{D}}^0$ gives rise to CP-violation.
