The Case for a Vector Glueball

Abstract

We argue that the $1^{--}$ glueball $O$ is much cleaner than other glueball candidates. Anomalously large $J/\psi \to \rho \pi ,K^{\ast }\bar{K}$ decays and the scalar glueball mass scale suggest that $m_O\simeq m_{J/\psi }$.
