CP-violating Parameters for Neutral B-mesons and Their Complete Measurement

Abstract

Phenomenological CP-violating parameters in decays of neutral B-mesons are discussed with special attention to the degree of their measurability. Important role of the sign of \Delta m_B is emphasized. We briefly describe how it could be determined experimentally.
