Comment on the Burkhardt - Cottingham and Generalized Gerasimov-Drell-Hearn Sum Rules for the neutron

Abstract
A description of the generalized Gerasimov-Drell-Hearn sum rule for neutron is suggested, using its relation to the Burkhardt-Cottingham sum rule.
