Resurrection of Charge Symmetry Violation for <\rho^0 H_{em} \omega> ~ 5000 MeV^2

Abstract

We review the theoretical predictions for \rho ^0-\omega mixing and conclude in many ways that <\rho^0 H_{em} \omega>~ -5000 MeV^2, more in line with earlier analyses of charge symmetry violation and with present data.
