Electroweak Parameters in the $\overline{MS}$-Scheme

Abstract

We study electroweak parameters sensitive to the radiative corrections, such as $\rho$-ratio and $\text{hff}$ decay rates in the $\text{ms}$-scheme in the heavy $t$-quark mass limit $m_t\gg m_w$. In $\text{ms}$-scheme the two-loop electroweak corrections $\sim m_t^4$ dominate over the QCD corrections $\sim \text{as}{m}_t^2$ in the $\rho$-ratio. The relation between the on-shell coupling constants and $\text{ms}$-parameters is found to be rather sensitive to the Higgs boson mass.
