Soft Colour Interactions and the Diffractive Structure Function

Abstract

We discuss our model for soft colour interactions and present results on the diffractive structure function $F_2^D(\beta ,x_{\text{pom}},Q^2)$ and inclusive transverse energy flows, which agree with available HERA data.
