Baryon Isovector Electric Properties and the Large N_c and Chiral Limits

Abstract

A model independent calculation is given for the nucleon isovector electric charge radius which is valid in the limit $N_c\to \infty$, $m_{\pi }\to 0$, $N_c{m}_{\pi }$ fixed. This expression reduces to that of the Skyrme model in the limit $N_c{m}_{\pi }\to \infty$.
