NEUTRINO OSCILLATIONS WITH BEAMS FROM AGN'S AND GRB'S

Abstract

I discuss how a 1 KM3 neutrino detector can be used to study ${\nu }_{\tau }$ oscillations at PeV energies with neutrinos from AGN's and to study neutrinos from GRB's.
