Relation between ${\sin }^2{\hat{\theta }}_W(m_Z)$ and ${\sin }^2{\theta }_{eff}^{lep}$

Abstract

The relation between $\text{sef}$, frequently employed in LEP analyses, and the $\overline{\mathrm{MS}}$--parameter $\text{scr}$ is discussed and their difference evaluated by means of an explicit calculation.
