Relativistic Corrections to $e^{+}{e}^{-}\to J/\psi +{\eta }_c$ in a Potential Model

Abstract

We compute relativistic corrections to the process $e^{+}{e}^{-}\to J/\psi +{\eta }_c$ and find that they resolve the discrepancy between theory and experiment.
