Proton Lifetime from SU(5) in Extra Dimensions

Abstract

We perform a detailed analysis in order to estimate the proton lifetime in the context of simple supersymmetric SU(5) model with an extradimension compactified on the orbifold S^1/(Z_2 x Z_2').
