Abstract
Spin- resonance contributions in pion-nucleon scattering are investigated within the coupled channel -matrix approach for c.m. energies up to 2 GeV. All previously studied , , , , , and final states are included. We find a significant improvement of in almost all channels by inclusion of the spin- states. The obtained coupling parameters are discussed.
