Unitarity Corrections to the Drell-Yan Process in the Target Rest Frame

Abstract
The unitarity corrections effects encoded in the Glauber-Mueller approach are taken into account to calculate the differential cross sections in the Drell-Yan process in the rest frame. A detailed study of the Drell-Yan process in terms of the transverse separation and the color dipole size, as well as the effective dipole cross section is performed and compared with the available small data. Estimates for the Drell-Yan cross section at RHIC energies are presented and discussed.
