Exclusive and Semi-inclusive B Decays in QCD Factorization

Abstract

Applications of QCD factorization to $B\to \varphi K$, charmless $B\to VV$, $B\to J/\psi K(K^{\ast })$ and semi-inclusive decays $B\to MX$ are discussed.
