Abstract
The summary of the results of our next-to-next-to-leading fits of Tevatron experimental data for structure function of the deep-inelastic scattering is given. The special attention is paid to the extraction of twist-4 contributions and demonstration of the interplay between these effects and higher-order perturbative QCD corrections. The factorization and renormalization scale uncertainties of the results obtained are analysed
