Abstract

The processing of the galactic coordinates of 3543 solar flares with a magnitude of 2 or more has shown that the distribution of these fast-going processes on the surface of the "nonrotating" Sun is irregular and non-random what testifies that in the near-Sun space an anisotropy takes place which practically coincides with that predicted and obtained in laboratory experiments and caused by existence of the intergalactic vector potential .
