Particle Physics, Astrophysics and Cosmology with Forbidden Neutrinos

Abstract
Astrophysical and cosmological consequences of a standard of (15 +- 3) keV/c^{2} mass are discussed in the light of the recent results of the solar, atmospheric and LSND neutrino experiments and theoretical prejudices.
