Effects of bottom quark induced processes on polarized production at the LHC at NLO

Abstract
In this report we discuss the definition of the polarized cross sections of the inclusive production at the LHC. Results at the level of next-to-leading order (NLO) QCD+EW accuracy, published in our recent paper, are presented to highlight the effects of bottom-quark induced processes. Compared to the unpolarized case, the bottom-induced effects after the subtraction of the on-shell top-quark contribution are more sizable for the doubly-longitudinal polarization.
