Can the X(1750) be a $\Phi$(1750)?

Abstract

We present the arguments that the X(1750) has the isospin $I=0$, and as such, it belongs to the $\varphi$ family. We base our argumentation on the X(1750) appearing in the $e^{+}{e}^{-}\to K^{+}{K}^{-}$ process as a narrow resonance and not appearing in the $e^{+}{e}^{-}\to {\pi }^{+}{\pi }^{-}$ process at all.
