Abstract

We explore the possibility of $B$ and $B - L$ violating processes, specifically proton decay and neutron-antineutron oscillation, using explicit realization of operators in the $S U (5)$ grand unified theory with an $S^{1} / Z_{2} \times Z_{2}^{'}$ orbifold space.
