Abstract

Top pair production is ideally suited to observe post-decay entanglement, thus providing a novel test of quantum mechanics. We provide top polarised decay amplitudes that can be used to compute semi-analytical predictions and, in particular, to better understand {\em why} the post-decay entanglement arises. We obtain predictions for the LHC, identifying general phase space regions where experimental measurements of entanglement are feasible. We also give predictions for polarised collisions, focusing on the possibility that the post-decay entanglement is larger than the one.
