Abstract

We argue that the account of Coulomb-nuclear interference (CNI) in the differential cross-section of elastic scattering may be easily treated without introduction of intermediate IR regularization ("photon mass"). We also indicate that the parametrization used earlier misses some terms of the second order in while it contains a superfluous term of the first order.
