Abstract

We investigate the possibility of Higgs inflation with an extended standard model by right-handed neutrinos and scalar dark matter. We find that the masses of the dark matter and one of the right-handed neutrinos should stand around TeV and GeV scale respectively even if the magnitude of tensor-to-scalar ratio indicates sufficiently small value.
