Abstract
We evaluate the measurement accuracy of the branching ratio of at GeV and 500 GeV at the ILC with the ILD detector simulation. For the GeV, we assume the Higgs mass of GeV, branching ratio of , beam polarization of , and integrated luminosity of . The Higgs-strahlung process with , , mode are analyzed. The measurement accuracy is calculated to be . The scaled result to GeV is estimated to be . For the GeV, we assume the Higgs mass of GeV, branching ratio of , beam polarization of , and integrated luminosity of . The Higgs-strahlung process with mode and -fusion process are analyzed. The measurement accuracy is calculated to be for Higgs-strahlung with and for -fusion.
