The hard pomeron intercept and the data on the proton unpolarized structure function

Abstract

It is demonstrated that the hard pomeron intercept value can be estimated directly from the data on the proton unpolarized structure function: ${\alpha }_{\mathrm{P}}^h(0)-1=0.317\pm 0.028$.
