Superluminal neutrinos

Abstract

The superluminal propagation of neutrinos observed by the OPERA collaboration can be explained by an energy dependent potential for the neutrino beam in passage through the Earth.

Comments: The energy dependence of version 1 did not agree with that observed by OPERA. In version 2, an energy dependent potential is shown to be capable of producing superluminal propagation due to the interaction of neutrinos with matter. Many references have been added
