    Manifestation of Universality in the Asymmetric Helium Trimer and in the Halo Nucleus C

    We prove that the corner angle distributions in the bound three-body system AAB, which consists of two particles of type A and one particle of type B, approach universal form if the pair AA has a virtual state at zero energy and the binding energy of AAB goes to zero. We derive explicit expressions for the universal corner angle distributions in terms of elementary functions, which depend solely on the mass ratio m(A)/m(B) and do not depend on pair interactions. On the basis of experimental data and calculations we demonstrate that such systems as the asymmetric Helium trimer HeHe and the halo nucleus C exhibit universal features. Thus our result establishes an interesting link between atomic and nuclear physics through the few-body universality.

    Photoproduction of hidden-charm states in the reaction near threshold

    We report on a theoretical study of the hidden charm states in the reaction near threshold within an effective Lagrangian approach. In addition to the contributions from the -channel nucleon pole, the -channel exchange, the -channel exchange and the contact term, we study the contributions from the states with spin-parity and . The total and differential cross sections of the reaction are predicted. It is found that the contributions of these states give clear peak structures in the total cross sections. Thus, this reaction is another new platform to study the hidden-charm states. It is expected that our model calculation may be tested by the future experiments.

    Calculation of phases of np- scattering up to Tlab=3 GeV for Reid68 and Reid93 potentials on the phase-function method

    For calculation of the single-channel nucleon-nucleon scattering a phase-functions method has been proposed. Using a phase-functions method the following phase shifts of np- scattering numerically for 1S0-, 1P1-, 3P0-, 3P1-, 1D2-, 3D2-, 1F3-, 3F3-, 1G4-, 3G4- states are calculated. The calculations has been performed using realistic nucleon-nucleon Reid68 and Reid93 potentials. Obtained phase shifts for energy up to 350 MeV are in good agreement with the results obtained in the framework of other methods. Using the obtained phase shifts we have calculated the full cross-section np- scattering.
