Nuclear kaon dynamics

Abstract
An effective low energy Lagrangian density is applied to nuclear -dynamics. The free parameters, local s-wave couplings and SU(3)-symmetry constrained range terms are adjusted to describe elastic and inelastic -nucleon scattering data. The propagation and decay of the -resonance and the -nucleon hole state is studied self consistently with respect to the -propagation in isospin symmetric nuclear matter.
