Quarkonium production in pNRQCD: the $P$-wave case

Abstract

We review our recent understanding of quarkonium production at $e^{+}{e}^{-}$ and hadronic colliders from the point of view of potential non-relativistic QCD, and apply it to $P$-wave charmonium and bottomonium inclusive production.
