Production Spectra of ${}^3$He($\pi$, $K$) Reactions with Continuum Discretized Coupled Channels

Abstract

We investigate theoretically $\Lambda$ production spectra of ${}^3$He($\pi$, $K$) reactions at $p_{\pi }=$ 1.05--1.20 GeV/$c$ in the distorted-wave impulse approximation, using the continuum-discretized coupled-channel method. The production cross section of a ${}_{\Lambda }^3$H(1/2${}^{+}$) ground state is also discussed.
