Abstract

We present our analysis of the available experimental data on correlation between mean transverse momentum and charged particles multiplicity (-) at central rapidity in and collisions at from 17 GeV to 7 TeV. A multi-pomeron exchange model based on Regge-Gribov approach provides quantitative description of - correlation data and their energy dependence. Results are found to be in agreement with string fusion model hypothesis.
